The District invites detailed Proposals from consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in Prime Consultant services for the provision of HVAC Upgrades and building component renewals at the District’s Parkgate Library.

Parkgate Library is located at 3675 Banff Court, North Vancouver. The building is operated by North Vancouver District Libraries but is owned by the District of North Vancouver. It is a two story 16,500 sq.ft. library.
Recently completed technical investigations indicated that various pieces of mechanical equipment have either exceeded their useful service life or are malfunctioning. As a result, the District is currently looking to perform a full-scale HVAC systems renewal, with the intention of utilizing the space as a Clean Air / Cooling Shelter complete with the necessary filtration to fulfil that aspect. In addition to this, there will also be upgrades such as new carpets, fire alarm upgrades, interior painting and roof painting to the library.

Proponents interested in this opportunity are invited to submit a Proposal.
