The District of North Vancouver, hereinafter referred to as the (“District”), invites Proposals from fully qualified professional, commercial Contractors with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capacity, capability, experience, resources and certifications to provide janitorial services to the District at various District locations per specifications outlined in this Request for Proposal. The District of North Vancouver will only accept Proposal Submissions from the following contractors that attended the mandatory site meeting on November 08, 2023. .

The janitorial contract for the District's Operational Centre and Municipal Hall locations has been awarded to the following company:

The following companies have been pre-approved by the District to provide janitorial service quotes for additional District locations for the next three years:

• Integral Building Maintenance Inc.
• Empire Facility Services Ltd.

• Nutech Facility Services Ltd.
