The District of North Vancouver (“District”) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents for the supply of optical ballot tabulators, accessories, ballots, systems, and support services, on an “as and when requested” basis. The District intends to lease all equipment and license requirements, and purchase related services, whether listed in this RFSO or not, through the Contractor. However, the District reserves the right to lease any optical ballot tabulators, accessories, ballots, systems, support services, and license requirements through other contractors, at its sole discretion. The District is seeking Proposals from Proponents who have recent and relevant experience in providing optical ballot tabulators, accessories, ballots, systems, and support services to organizations of a similar size and scope. Proponents should be professional, experienced and qualified to assist with the District’s initiative. The New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) is the applicable trade agreement for this RFSO.
