The District of North Vancouver ("District") is seeking a qualified service provider to manage and monitor pay parking at various locations within the District. Vendors with demonstrated experience in the maintenance of pay parking machines, pay parking enforcement, and the administration of parking lot management services are encouraged to submit a Proposal.
