The District and Tsleil-Waututh Nation (“TWN”) invites detailed Proposals from Consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in marine structural engineering such as piers, wharves, docks and breakwaters in Burrard Inlet and/or comparable waterways along the North American Pacific coastline, and  supported by a professional biologist and other professional disciplines as needed, for the provision of a report to develop, conceptualize and evaluate options for the future of the wharf and boat launch at Whey-ah-Wichen/Cates Park (the “Park”) in North Vancouver.
