Description: 

The District invites detailed Proposals from multi-disciplinary consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in transportation planning and transportation policy for the provision of a Strategic Transportation Plan (STP). The STP will identify multi-modal strategies and policies to guide decision-making and optimize transportation networks in order to provide transportation choices and improve network reliability for people that live, work, and play in the District.

This RFP will procure consultant services to lead the development of the new STP, including technical work and robust public engagement.
