The District of North Vancouver (the "District") invites qualified contractors (the “Respondents”) to apply for a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide mechanical services including; HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Elevators, Generators and Specialty Equipment and on an "as and when required" basis. This agreement will establish a roster of pre-qualified contractors to support renewal, repair, and improvement projects, as well as ongoing preventative maintenance (PM) at various District facilities. The following contractors attended the mandatory site meeting. If you attended and your company name is not listed here, contact the Purchasing representative in the RFSO to notify.
