The District invites detailed Proposals from consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in land economics to provide financial analysis and property valuation services. The District is seeking the services of one or more qualified land economists to provide as needed support in the development and refinement of land use policies, regulations and development related financial analysis and negotiations. The proponent(s) will work closely with staff to provide technical expertise on a range of planning and development matters. Proponents interested in this opportunity are invited to submit a Proposal. |
