The District’s Communications Department requires professional communications services on an as and when requested basis to support its many projects and programs throughout the year. The Department supports all divisions within the organization with communication strategies, community engagements, and visual design needs. The objective of this Bid Opportunity is to award an SOA to successful Bidder(s) for each of the specific types of services required. The District reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award one (1) of more SOAs for each specific type of service detailed in this Bid Opportunity. Bidders with proven experience in multiple types of services may be awarded an SOA for more than one (1) service, at the District’s sole discretion. Services required may include, but are not limited to, the following areas, listed in alphabetical order for convenience.
