Awarded Summary
Standing Offer Agreements are being awarded to the following three (3) companies:
- McElhanney Ltd.
- The Appian Way Traffic Data Services
- Creative Transportation Solutions Ltd
A Standing Offer Agreement (the “SOA”) between McElhanney Ltd. and the District will be for an initial term of three (3)years from the date of the contract signing. This term may be extended for up to two (2) additional one year periods. Subject to mutual agreement by both parties as to price and service.
