Introduction and Purpose  
The District invites detailed Proposals from experienced multi-disciplinary consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in commercial real estate, tenant mix, office/retail design, and public space design and activation for the provision of a report outlining possible improvements to the tenant mix, size of retail/commercial spaces, design and use of the plaza and community space at Lynn Valley Village to enhance and draw new pedestrian and retail traffic.
