The District invites detailed Proposals from consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in Prime Consultant services for the provision of HVAC Upgrades and building component renewals at the District’s Parkgate Library. Parkgate Library is located at 3675 Banff Court, North Vancouver. The building is operated by North Vancouver District Libraries but is owned by the District of North Vancouver. It is a two story 16,500 sq.ft. library. Proponents interested in this opportunity are invited to submit a Proposal. July 27, 2023: Please note that the proposal submitted by Delage Architecture & Design has been accepted. There was an error in a message the District sent to Delage Architecture & Design resulting in an upload that could not be entered into the system. This was a District error, and not the fault of the consultant. The consultant's proposal was uploaded prior to closing, and the District is hereby verifying acceptance.
