The District invites detailed Submissions from contractors with the expertise, qualifications, capabilities, experience, resources and certifications to provide site cleanup and hazardous remediation services at identified transient encampments and other general sites within the District in a manner that is safe, humane and compliant with all applicable laws on an as and when requested basis.

The Services do not include enforcement activities, eviction authority, or direct engagement requiring social-service intervention.
