The District of North Vancouver (the “District”) invites detailed Quotations from firms (the “Bidders”) with demonstrated expertise in general contracting for the provision of a major refresh project at the Work Site specified in Section 2.3.
In addition to awarding one (1) Contractor to provide General Contractor Services (the “GC”) for the Parkgate Library (the “PL”) major refresh, the District may elect to establish a list of up to five (5) prequalified general contracting firms that may be invited to quote on future CCDC2 renovations/refresh projects at District owned buildings on a project-by-project basis for a period of three (3) years.
The PL major refresh project and any future projects resulting from the prequalification process will be completed under a “CCDC 2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract” contract as amended by the District’s CCDC 2 Supplementals.
Bidders interested in this Invitation to Quote (the “ITQ”) are invited to submit a Quotation.
