The District invites detailed Proposals from experienced and qualified civil engineering design Consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in roadway and geometric design, transportation and geotechnical engineering with the appropriate team of specialists and sub-consultants to complete preliminary and detailed design while considering property and physical constraints, prepare tender package and provide EOR and construction engineering services.
