The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) is to establish a list of Contractors who are highly qualified and certified with proven experience in completing HVAC systems renewals – mechanical in public buildings for the District of North Vancouver (the “District”) on an as and when requested basis.

The District intends to prequalify Contractors demonstrating their expertise in the following areas:

  • HVAC systems renewal projects (mechanical systems upgrades)
  • Decarbonization projects
  • Working in occupied buildings

Contractors interested in this opportunity are invited to respond.
