The District of North Vancouver (the “District”) invites detailed Proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms (the “Proponents”) with expertise in vehicle bridge design and related engineering knowledge for the provision of a concept scoping study for the following two (2) vehicle bridges located within the District:

• Montroyal Blvd at Mackay Creek, and
• Canyon Blvd at Mackay Creek.

The concept study will give the District a better understanding of the scope and budgets required to replace or rehabilitate the two bridges as well as identify the impact to existing utilities, end-users, and the environment. Both bridges serve the District’s vehicle, pedestrian, and cyclist mobility network and require repairs or replacement within the next ten (10) years to remain in service.
