The District of North Vancouver (the “District”) invites detailed proposals from qualified firms for the provision and activation of devices utilizing cellular voice and data services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) may involve the continuation or replacement of existing cellular devices with the District's current service provider. The District is looking to establish an agreement for a term of sixty (60) months, but reserves the right to extend further subject to mutually acceptable terms.
