The District of North Vancouver ("the District") invites  proposals from qualified Architectural firms to provide the scope of services defined within RFP-040-22, which includes planning, design services and coordination of all sub-consultant services that may form the project team in the capacity of “Prime Consultant” for the District’s Eldon Park Childcare and Field House project.  

The District is seeking a qualified design team to work collaboratively with District staff and stakeholders in the planning, siting and design of a new facility in Eldon Park. The new facility will replace the existing park field house with a new building which will house park washroom and concession spaces and a new thirty-seven (37) space childcare facility, complete with outdoor play areas suitable for the childcare facility.  The new building will contain universal public washrooms which will also function as changing spaces, concession areas for use by sports and community groups, and the childcare facility. 

Firms having appropriate qualifications and experience are invited to submit a proposal.
