The District of North Vancouver (the "District") invites qualified contractors ("Proponents") to apply for a Standing Offer Agreement ("SOA") to provide repair and maintenance of ornamental streetlighting and traffic signals within the District of North Vancouver, all as detailed herein and in accordance with the specifications included in the Request for Standing Offer ("RFSO"). The agreement will have a three-year term, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods for a total possible term of five years. . |
