The District of North Vancouver (the District) invites detailed Proposals from experienced and qualified architectural consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in renovations to restaurants and recreational facilities to act as Prime Consultant for Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration services for a renovation to the upper floor of the Northlands Golf Clubhouse.
