The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the “District”) invites Tenders from qualified Contractors for the repair and maintenance of ornamental street lighting and traffic signals within the District of North Vancouver, all as detailed herein and in accordance with the Specifications and/or Drawings included with this Invitation to Tender (ITT). The terms and conditions contained in this ITT, and the Bidder’s completed Tender Forms, will become part of the Contract Documents between the District and the Successful Bidder.
